As an actor and director, I am a confidant communicator and salesperson, with experience in a variety of fields which have enriched my customer-relations skills. I take particular pleasure in matching customers to experiential products, be they books or, as in my concierge duties, restaurants, cultural sites and retail opportunities.

Employment Experience

Small Block Café

Involved handling food and general aid as a Kitchen Hand, progressing to front of house as a waitress, clearing tables, running food, taking orders, operating both eftpos machines and cash registers.

East Brunswick Post Office
Involved working Tattersalls systems, Australia Post processing, Online banking (including passbook processing), Processing Money Orders, Online Bill Payment, Newsagency retail and various elements of customer service.

Quest on Flinders Lane

As a member of the front desk reception team I co-ordinated guest arrivals and departures, accounts and acted as concierge, as well as full housekeeping training.

Red Wheelbarrow Books

Involved sales, customer service and stock purchasing.

Working with my mother to develop and promote her Design Store/Gallery, and as a casual retail assistant selling jewellery and designer tableware.

Henry Bucks and City Hatters
High end mens retail, with a focus on product knowledge and customer service, also working at City Hatters (partner business to HB) as repair/alterations assistant.

Mac Robertson Girls’ High School 2005-2008, where I studied International Studies, German, English Literature, Drama, Art and Media achieving an ENTER score of 90.75.
At the culmination of my studies I was awarded the Creativity Prize in recognition of my commitment to the arts in my studies and through extra-curricular activities such as choirs and combined school theatre.

Monash University Department of English and Performing Arts 2009-2011, where I completed a Bachelor of Performing Arts with a double major in Theatre and Performance Theory and a minor in Art History, achieving two Dean's Awards for academic excellence in 2010 and 2011.

I also speak fluent Hebrew.
